Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactCompositionally the image is good, however, it seems to lean to the left. I think if you cropped and rotated it so the man and his cart weren't tilting that would help the image gain more balance.
It's also over-exposed. You might want to try adjusting the curves to add more mid-tones. You want your whitest whites and your blackest blacks with a balance of greys so the image doesn't lean too far one way or the other. In this one your whites are so white they appear to be blurry. Adding some grey should help that.
Over all a very nice image.
